Academic Honors For Eustaquio & Stauch

In addition to their previous honors for their accomplishments on the golf course this season, the Moccasins' Jude Eustaquio and Matt Stauch are receiving recognition for their work in the classroom. They are among 55 NCAA Division II golfers named by the Golf Coaches Association of America as All-America Scholars.
To be eligible, a student athlete had to be a junior or senior, play in 70% of his team's rounds, have a stroke average under 78.0 and have an overall grade point average of 3.20 or better.
Eustaquio, a junior, was a third-team All-America selection and tied for 20th at the NCAA Division II Championship won by the Moccasins. His stroke average of 72.36 was second on the team.
Stauch, a senior, was a first-team All-America selection and finished third at the Division II Championship. His stroke average of 71.58 led the team.
Both players were first-team All-Sunshine State Conference selections and led the Moccasins to the SSC title, with Eustaquio finishing in a tie for second and Stauch in a tie for fifth.
