Mocs 28th At Lehigh Meet

Eric Larson placed 47th for FSC's top finish

Competing in one of the largest cross country meets in the nation Friday, the Moccasins placed 28th in the 38th Lehigh University Paul Short Run in Bethlehem, Pa.

Forty-six teams and 382 runners competed in the meet, that included 19 Division I,  9 Division II and 18 Division III schools.  Iona was the winning team with 125 points.  The Moccasins had 714 points.

Eric Larson was FSC's top finisher, placing 47th in a time of 26:32 over the 8K course.

Chris Johnson of Colgate was the individual winner in 25:19.

Finishing behind Larson for the Moccasins were Chris Yanichko - 127th in 27:13, David Tomchinsky - 160th in 27:31, Jason Patchett-Gillis - 175th in 27:38, Bryce Loudermilk - 205th in 27:58 and Matt Altman - 260th in 28:37.
