LaBarbera Is Mocs' Top Finisher At Lehigh Meet

Emily LaBarbera finished 147th in a field of 385 runners

The Moccasins were part of one of the largest cross country meets in the nation Friday, as they took part in the 38th Lehigh University Paul Short Run in Bethlehem, Pa.  The 6K women's race featured 44 schools and 385 runners.

FSC placed 41st with 1068 points.  The meet included 17 Division I, 13 Division II and 14 Division III schools.  Iona was the team winner with 125 points.  Vanessa Wright of Rowan was the individual winner in a time of 21:40.

Emily LaBarbera was the Moccasins' top finisher, placing 147th in 24:16. 

The Moccasins' other runners were Jessica Krystek - 149th in 24:17, Alec Slamal - 215th in 25:01, Morgan Wixson - 265th in 26:08, Melissa Huzar - 292nd - 28:16, Pamela Paradis - 295th in 29:00 and Carlie Gray - 296th in 29:09.
