FSC's Lauren Morgan Named NCWSA Female Athlete of the Year

Lauren Morgan was third in the women's point totals at the NCWSA Championships.Florida Southern's Lauren Morgan has been named the National Collegiate Water Ski Association Female Athlete of the Year.
The freshman from Odessa, Fla., helped lead the FSC women to a first-place finish at the NCWSA Championship in October, placing third in the women's overall point totals. She was the individual winner in the jump competition, was fifth in the tricks and ninth in the slalom.
Florida Southern placed third overall at the NCWSA Championship, as the men's and women's point totals are combined for the final team score.
