LaBarbera Leads Mocs' Contingent At Disney Invitational

Emily LaBarbera was third in the 5K at the Disney Invitational

The Moccasins' Emily LaBarbera placed third in the 5000-meter run Saturday at the Disney Invitational at Lake Buena Vista.  Her time was 19:57.63.

She was one of four Moccasins to finish in the top ten in the event.  Morgan Wixson was sixth in 21:10.21.  Carlie Gray was seventh in 21:37.38.  Corin Cassario was ninth in 22:22.59.

Katherine Connolly of Colby College was the winner in a time of 18:50.13.

The 5000-meter run was the only event in which the Moccasins were entered in the meet.
