Women's Soccer Opener Moved to Saturday

SAVANNAH, GA - Florida Southern will have to wait one more day to open its 2009 season. The Moccasins were scheduled to face Armstrong Atlantic State in the Pirate Shootout on Friday afternoon, but poor weather conditions made play impossible. Both of Friday's games at the tournament have been moved to Saturday, including the battle between Florida Southern and host Armstrong Atlantic. The Moccasins and Pirates will now kickoff at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Sunday's game against Georgia College is still scheduled for 1:30 as well.
