As a freshman (2011)… Sunshine State Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Played in four games for the Moccasins, including 36 minutes off the bench to help Florida Southern shut out Eckerd 3-0 (Sept. 14)… Averaged 15 minutes per match.
In high school… Came to Florida Southern from Steinbrenner High School in Lutz where she graduated in 2011 after playing two years for coach Teresa Patterson in the first two years of the school’s existence… Also attended Sickles High School as a freshman and sophomore… Helped Steinbrenner (21-2-2) win the 2011 Class 4A state title with a 2-1, overtime victory over Merritt Island, and scored the first goal of that match… Scored the only goal of the match in the Warriors’ 1-0 win over Harmony in the state semifinals… Had four goals and six assists for the season and helped the defense give up just seven goals in 25 games… As a junior, had four goals and 13 assists, helped the defense allow just seven goals, and helped the Warriors win the district title in their first season and finish the year 17-1-2… All-region as a junior… 2011 Pepsi Scholar-Athlete award winner… National Honor Society member and honors grad… Played club soccer for Hillsborough County United and coach Igor Gonzalez… Advanced to the round of eight at the state cup in 2010.
