DADE CITY - Florida Southern opened the fall portion of its 2014-15 schedule here Monday afternoon by firing a five-under 283 as a team to stand tied for sixth place after the first round of the weather-delayed Saint Leo Invitational at the Lake Jovita Golf and Country Club.
