Mocs Spoil Senior Day for Panthers

SATELLITE BEACH, FL - Fresh off their own close Senior Day contest, Florida Southern College women's tennis spoiled Senior Day for Florida Tech, winning a close 4-3 match at the Desoto Tennis Center. The No. 19 Moccasins (15-5, 6-3 SSC) clinched the match early but gave up three singles flights to the Panthers (10-8, 2-8 SSC) after clinching the win.

The match was the last home game in the history of Florida Tech women's tennis as the team will discontinue at the conclusion of this spring. The all-time series will go to the Moccasins (15-3), including an 8-1 record at home and a 7-1 record away. Head coach Trish Riddell finishes with an all-time record of 13-3 against the Panthers, including four-straight wins.
