  • FSC Men's Swimming Bested by No. 6 Nova Southeastern in Final Home Meet of 2019-20

    LAKELAND, FLA. – The 16th-ranked Florida Southern College men's swimming team took on the sixth-ranked Sharks of Nova Southeastern on a day in which it honored its three seniors in a pre-meet ceremony. The Sharks were victorious 160-101 on Saturday in a meet held at the Nina B. Hollis Wellness Center Pool. The three seniors honored were Talor Hamilton, Daniel Rodriguez, and Jon Sawyer.

    INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Florida Southern College athletics continues to promote student-athlete success in the classroom as the department earned a Division II Academic Success Rate (ASR) of 90 for the 2012 cohort, the NCAA released on Wednesday. The 90 percent mark is tied for the highest mark that the department has ever earned, with the previous record set during the 2010 six-year cohort.

    DAVIE, FLA. – The Florida Southern men’s swimming team opened the 2019-20 campaign tonight at the Shark Invitational, and are in second place after Day One. The two-day event is being hosted by Nova Southeastern University, and features six different men’s teams. The host Sharks are currently in first place with 506 team points. Florida Southern rests in second place with 350 points, followed by Savannah College of Art and Design (311 points), Keiser (259), Florida Tech (193), and Lynn (85).
