KNOXVILLE, TN - Florida Southern College women's basketball standout Camille Giardina will join elite company when her No. 22 jersey goes on display at the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame this summer. Giardina, who finished her career as one of the top players in Moccasin history, led Florida Southern to two-straight Sunshine State Conference regular-season and tournament titles as well as four-straight NCAA Tournament appearances, advancing to the Elite Eight in 2016.
Giardina's jersey will be one of just over 100 jerseys that will hang in the Ring of Honor at the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame in Knoxville, which opened its doors in 1999. The jersey will hang with those of other college and high school all-Americans from the 2018-19 season in the Ring of Honor, one of the most popular exhibits at the Hall of Fame.
