  • Lawrence Announces the Addition of Seven for 2019

    LAKELAND, Fla. - Florida Southern women's soccer head coach Paul Lawrence has announced the seven incoming student-athletes who will join the Mocs program for the fall 2019 season. In this group of seven, three signees this year are from Florida. The class also features strong talent from the Midwest, a group that includes two players from Illinois, and one from Minnesota. A West Coast representative and transfer from the state of Washington rounds out the class.

    INDIANAPOLIS - Last month a pair of Florida Southern College student-athletes attended the annual NCAA Career in Sports Forum at the NCAA headquarters in Indianapolis, taking part in a four-day program designed to assist student-athletes in charting their career paths, as well as provide an opportunity to network and learn from current athletics professionals.

    LAKELAND, Fla. – Florida Southern women's soccer head coach Paul Lawrence has announced his team's schedule for the upcoming 2019 season. The Moccasins open the new season with three home games in a four-day span. Florida Southern will host Valdosta State on Thursday, Sept. 5 and Shorter on Friday, Sept. 6 to kick off the 2019 campaign. This year's schedule includes eight home matches, as well as a trip to Cleveland, Miss. for a pair of non-conference matches.
