TAVARES, Fla. – The Florida Southern College beach volleyball team opened the AVCA Small College Beach Championships with two matches Friday afternoon at Hickory Point Beach in Tavares, Fla.
The Mocs, 13
th in seeding among Pool D of the championship field, took on No. 5 Spring Hill and No. 4 Colorado Mesa this afternoon. Mocs lost 3-0 to Spring Hill with two unfinished courts and a 5-0 loss to Colorado Mesa.
