LAKELAND, Fla. - No. 3 Florida Southern women's lacrosse dismantled No. 14 Rollins 22-5 at Berend Field, as the Moccasins closed the home portion of the regular season with a perfect 12-0 record.

Giana Murphy and
Maria Reeves highlighted the Mocs'Â 17-goal win. Florida Southern moves to 15-1 overall and 5-1 in league play after posting a season-high 22 goals against Rollins. Murphy scored her 100
th career goal in just 38 games at Florida Southern. Reeves, who surpassed 300 draw controls on Wednesday, broke the Florida Southern single-game draw control record with 20 against the Tars. Her new career-high bested her previous career-high and then-tied record of 18 with Dani Bursinger (FSC, March 2019).

Florida Southern's
Chloe Webber picked up win No. 2 in goal after playing the opening 30 minutes against Rollins and holding the Tars to just one goal allowed with four saves.
Rebekah Bargeron played the final 30 and tallied three saves while allowing four.

Twelve players scored a goal Saturday afternoon for Florida Southern as
Giana Murphy led the way with four. She tied for the team lead with five points with
Abby McFerren, who tallied a hattrick with three goals.
Kolby Cohen was third on the team but the game's overall leader in assists with four, while
Jenna Vetter and
Kaylee Stoky each finished the game with three points. Vetter scored three goals while Stoky tied with
Hannah Guerin and
Hanna Hale with a pair of goals.

Kelsey Bennett,
Maycie Neubauer, Baillie Pinder,
Casey Falduto, and
Sam Wehr each found the back of the net once in the game.

Florida Southern won 23 draw controls with 20 to Reeves, two to
Peyton Sutton, and one to
Brayden Cannelli. Webber and
Brooke Keesey led the team in groundballs with three, while
Audrey Cannelli led the group in caused turnovers with two.

Kaite Bell and Aleksa Allen led No. 14 Rollins (8-7, 1-5 SSC) with a pair of points while Bell scored a pair and Allen dished out two. Abigail DeGroat, Tess Hovivian, and Laura Mason each scored for the Tars in the loss. Despite a slight attempt to hide which goalie would start, both Anya Studenbaker and Elle Collier made appearances, allowing 11 goals each in the game, proving to be no difference to the high-power Moccasin offense.

Florida Southern jumped all over Rollins early and often, outscoring the Tars 14-1 in the opening 30 minutes. The Mocs ripped off four straight goals to open the game before the Tars answered with one. Florida Southern closed the first and second quarters with 10 consecutive goals before the half ended.

A quieter half saw 12 total goals scored, eight by the Mocs and four by the Tars to wrap up the goal scoring. Rollins started the third quarter with a goal, but back-to-back goals from Florida Southern kept the game to a 14-goal differential. The Tars would score another in the period, but the Mocs tacked on two more as well, closing the third up 18-3.

In the final quarter,
Sam Wehr started things off with a goal, but was answered two minutes later by Rollins, 19-4.
Maycie Neubauer scored Florida Southern's 20
th goal (20-4) before the crowd saw
Baillie Pinder and
Kaylee Stoky work together on back-to-back goals. Stoky assisted Pinder at 6:07 (21-4) before Pinder found Stoky for Florida Southern's final goal. Rollins would add a goal with 3:13 to go as time ended with Florida Southern in front 22-5.

No. 3 Florida Southern will travel to No. 20 Florida Tech Tuesday, April 15, for a 7 p.m. draw at Rick Stottler Field in Melbourne, Fla.
