DAHLONEGA, Ga. — Ava La Belle fired a 2-under 70 to lead the Florida Southern College women's golf team Tuesday as the Moccasins finished 12th at the LeeAnn Noble Memorial with a 38-over total of 902 at Achasta Golf Club. Florida Southern posted a final-round 308 after opening with rounds of 300 and 294 Monday.

La Belle climbed 10 spots to finish tied for 15th with a 2-over total of 218. She improved six strokes from her second round, carding four birdies against just two bogeys. La Belle recorded consecutive birdies on holes 13 and 14, added a birdie on hole 17 and shot a 2-under 34 on the back nine. She also birdied hole 7, bringing her tournament total to seven. La Belle finished with rounds of 72, 76 and 70.

Ella Ahlqvist finished tied for 22nd with a 5-over total of 221. After opening with rounds of 73 and 72, Ahlqvist shot a 4-over 76 Tuesday. She carded a birdie on hole 15 and played the back nine in even-par 36, finishing the tournament with five birdies.

Emma Visnovska placed tied for 59th with a 16-over total of 232. Visnovska followed rounds of 80 and 74 with a 6-over 78 in the final round. She recorded birdies on holes 14, 16 and 18, shooting a 2-over 38 on the back nine. Visnovska totaled eight birdies through 54 holes.

Alexandra Botsis finished tied for 68th with an 18-over total of 234. Botsis posted rounds of 75, 73 and 86, recording three consecutive birdies on holes 6, 7 and 8 in the final round. She shot a 1-over 37 on the front nine and finished with a team-high 12 birdies for the tournament.

McKinlee Proctor rounded out the Moccasin lineup in 78th with a 24-over total of 240. Proctor followed rounds of 81 and 75 with a 12-over 84 Tuesday. She carded a birdie on hole 15, her third of the tournament.

Florida Southern finished four strokes behind Lenoir-Rhyne and three ahead of Wingate. DBU captured the team title with a 12-under total of 852, finishing 12 strokes ahead of runner-up North Georgia. Saint Leo placed third at 2-over 866.

Lee's Justine Emond earned medalist honors with a 7-under total of 209, edging Saint Leo's Julia Kret by one stroke.
