SAINT LEO, Fla. — Florida Southern College (6-1) secured a decisive 4-1 victory over Barry University (2-6) at the Saint Leo Beach Volleyball Courts. The Moccasins clinched wins in five of the six matches, showcasing a strong performance. Due to the incoming weather the match against host Saint Leo was postponed. 

On Court 4, Ella Pringle and Lauren Passaglia put a point on the board for FSC with a straight-sets victory over Danielle Hansen and Ava Ross, 21-14, 21-4. This early win set the pace for the home team.

The 2s saw Hailey Carefoot and Sarah Idler secure another point for Florida Southern, defeating Adrienne Saunders and Ellie Madrigal in straight sets, 21-12, 21-19. This win brought the Moccasins closer to the dual victory.

In the 1s, Sydney Melcher and Ryla Bryant added a point for FSC by overcoming Alyssa Talcott and Rafaella Bardagi with a decisive 21-11, 21-5 result, marking another dominant performance on the day.

The No. 5 flight witnessed a three-set battle where Sophie Harris and Victoria Rushing edged out Isabella Marquez and Alexandra Santory, 16-21, 21-12, 16-14, after the decision. Despite the competitive match, Florida Southern had already clinched the dual win.
