In their match against Erskine, the Moccasins won all five matches, demonstrating their strength across the board. At the top flight,
Sydney Melcher and
Ryla Bryant secured a straight-sets victory, defeating Abby Platt and Reka Meilinger of Erskine with scores of 21-15, 21-14. The 2s followed suit as
Hailey Carefoot and
Sarah Idler put a point on the board, overcoming Allysa Owens and Anna Haselden 21-10, 21-17.
Ella Pringle and
Lauren Passaglia, in the No. 3 spot, added another point for the Moccasins, winning against Abby Johnson and Lily Pragle with a decisive 21-14, 21-17. The 4s saw
Isabella Muti and
Mary Olivia Muti continue the streak, defeating Mackenzie Fa'apouli and Ella Dietrich 21-14, 21-10. The 5s went the distance, with
Lily Schlageter and
Victoria Rushing emerging victorious in a three-set battle against Elly Davis and Rinnah Roberts, winning 21-14, 16-21, 15-10, completing the sweep for FSC.

On Saturday, Florida Southern continued their impressive performance, this time against Catawba. At the top flight, Melcher and Bryant again secured a victory in straight sets, this time defeating Catawba's Marcella Hermont and Sidney Kettelkamp 21-16, 21-13. Carefoot and Idler added another point by overcoming Emma Christensen and Emily Dudley with scores of 21-18, 21-9. In the No. 3 spot, Pringle and Passaglia put another point on the board for the Moccasins, defeating Lauren Bodell and Megan Halford 21-12, 21-14.
Isabella Muti and
Mary Olivia Muti dominated their match against Lily Landis and Eliza Liva, finishing with a commanding 21-13, 21-9 victory. The 5s saw Schlageter and Rushing complete the sweep with a straight-sets win over Alleigh Johnson and Sydney Wattles, 21-14, 21-13.
Looking ahead, the Mocs will host Stevenson University and Lake Sumter for senior day on Tuesday, March 17 at 2 p.m. at the Judy and Joe P. Ruthven Beach Volleyball Courts in Lakeland, Fla.
