AS A REDSHIRT SENIOR (2021)
USTFCCCA All-South Region … USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete … Second Team All-Sunshine State Conference … participated in five races for the Mocs … top 8K performance of the season came at the UAH Invitational with a time of 25:07.1 … placed eighth overall at the Sunshine State Conference Championships … took 19^th overall at the NCAA Division II South Region Championship … top individual finish came at the VSU Border Clash with a fourth place finish.
 
AS A SENIOR (2020-21)
Second Team All-Sunshine State Conference … Sunshine State Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll … participated in two races for the Mocs in the shortened spring season due to COVID-19 … took sixth overall at the SSC Pre-Conference XC Challenge in 26:47.4 … placed ninth overall at the 2020-21 SSC Cross Country Championships after crossing the line in 26:37.2.

AS A JUNIOR (2019)
All-SSC Second Team … SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll … competed in five races … finished 36^th at the UF Mountain Dew Invite (Sept. 14) with a time of 26:56.6 … finished 30^th at the Roy Griak Invitational (Sept. 28) with a time of 26:37.4 … finished 120^th at the Royals Cross Country Challenge (Oct. 11) with a time of 26:07.8 … finished 11th at the SSC Championship (Oct. 26) with a time of 26:17.7 … finished 90^th at the NCAA South Regional Championship (Nov. 9) with a time of 35:32.1.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2018)
All-SSC Second Team … competed in all eight races … finished fourth at the Holloway Park Preseason Festival on Sept. 1 (8K– 27:48.45) … came in 13th at the SSC Championships on Nov. 2 (8K– 26:22.04) … finished 31st at the NCAA South Region Championship on Nov. 17 (10K– 3:07.49) … placed 150th at the NCAA National Championship on Dec. 1 (10K– 35:13.4). 

AS A FRESHMAN (2017-18)
SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll ... participated in four races ... came in 64th out of 145 runners at the Trevecca D2 Showcase on 9/23 (28:13.6) ... finished 65th out of 139 runners at the Florida State University Invitational on 10/6 (27:19.7) ... placed 21st at the Sunshine State Conference Championship (27:10.08) ... came in 64th out of 117 runners at the NCAA South Region Championships held in Lakeland on 11/4 (35:38.63).

HIGH SCHOOL
2017 graduate of Archbishop Hoban High School in Akron, Ohio ... ran cross country and track ... helped lead the team to North Coast League championship ... named to Honor Roll as a junior ... Personal Best Times: 1600 (4:33); 3200 (10:10); 5K (16:38)
