Competed in one of the Moccasins’ five indoor meets … saw action in the 800m … top individual finish was 20^th in the 800m at the RADD Sports College Invitational … turned in the fifth-best 800m time on the squad … season-best time was 2:39.73 (800m).
 
OUTDOOR
Competed in three of the Moccasins’ nine outdoor meets … saw action in the 800m and 1,500m … top individual finish was 20^th in the 800m at the Tampa Spartans Open … top season times included 2:40.74 (800m) and 5:24.35 (1,500m).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2023)
INDOOR
Saw action in one indoor meet for the Moccasins … competed in the 800m … turned in the fifth-fastest 800m time on the team at 2:26.89 … took eighth overall at the Collegiate Last Chance Qualifier.
 
OUTDOOR
Saw action in six meets for the Moccasins … competed in the 800m, 1,500m, 3,000m and 5,000m … top individual finish came in the 5,000m with a seventh-place showing at the Embry-Riddle Spikes Classic … turned in the third-fastest 800m time on the squad at 2:27.94 … picked up the third-fastest 3,000m time on the team as well at 11:00.04 … turned in season-lows of 5:03.19 in the 1,500m and 18:43.42 in the 5,000m.

AS A FRESHMAN (2022)
Competed in seven meets for the Mocs … earned one podium finish as part of the 4x400m relay team at the Sunshine State Meet which finished third … posted the fifth best 800m time for the Mocs in 2022 at 2:24.40 at the UNF Invitational … had the fifth and eighth fastest 1500m times for FSC in 2022 with a best of 4:51.83 coming at the UNF Invitational … ran the third fastest 3000m time for the Mocs at 10:31.86 which ranks as the 10^th fastest all-time … posted the sixth best 5000m time in 2022 at 18:10.57 at the Flames Invitational … part of the top 4x400m relay team of the season with the second fastest mark all-time at FSC of 4:17.35.

HIGH SCHOOL
Prepped at Fleming Island High School … competed in both cross country and track … four-time cross country First Team All-County selection … three-time track First Team All-County selection … received the Award of Excellence … honored with the Outstanding Sportsmanship Award … earned the Outstanding Junior Award … Distance MVP Award recipient … honored with Coaches Award … served as the 2020 cross country Team Captain … placed second at the cross country district championship … helped lead team to 2020 District and Regional Championship … team placed sixth at State Championship … holds the school record in the 600m … part of the school record holding distance medley relay and 4x800 relay teams.
