AS A SENIOR (2022)
USTFCCCA All-South Region (3000m SC) … competed in nine meets for the Mocs … earned six top-10 finishes … posted the fourth and fifth victories of career in the steeplechase at the Lee Invitational and the UNF Invitational … took second in the steeplechase at the UCF Knights Invite as well as the 400m hurdles at the Sunshine State Meet … posted the top-five best steeplechase times for the Mocs this season … lowered his school record in the steeplechase by just under a second at the Knights Invitational with a time of 9:18.45 … lowered it again by nearly four seconds at the UNF Invitational with a time of 9:14.85 … lowered it for the final time at the Lee Last Chance Meet by over eight seconds to 9:06.49 … also earned the fourth best time in program history which would have broken the record entering 2022 at 9:18.75 at the Flames Invitational … posted the third best 400m hurdles time in program history and tops since 2009 at 59.57 while placing second at the Sunshine State Meet … turned in the third best 3000m time in 2022 at 8:44.68 at the Tampa Track Classic … had the ninth best 5000m time of the season at 15:09.22 at the Tampa Distance Classic.
 
AS A REDSHIRT JUNIOR (2021)
Competed in five meets for the Mocs … earned five top-10 finishes … finished in the top-seven in every race in which he entered … earned third individual victory of career at the Spikes Classic in the 3000m steeplechase … picked up a pair of second place finishes in the steeplechase as well as the 5000m … final two top-10 finishes were a fourth place finish in the 4x400m and a seventh place showing in the 5000m … broke his own school record in the 3000m steeplechase at the UNF Invitational with a time of 9:19.21 … also earned the ninth fastest steeplechase time in program history at the Spikes Classic with a mark of 9:44.24 … posted the fifth and eighth best 5000m times of the season with the fifth coming at the Tampa Invitational with a time of 14:56.02 … had the seventh fastest 3000m time on the season at 8:59.26 … part of the second best 4x400m relay team on the year with a time of 3:44.10 at the Tampa Invitational which ranks seventh all-time.
 
AS A JUNIOR (2020)
Competed in four meets for the Mocs during the CoVID-19 shortened season … earned four top-10 finishes … best finish came at the Embry-Riddle First Chance Last Chance meet with a second place showing in the 3000m steeplechase … also earned top-10 finishes in the 1000m, 3000m and 4x400m relay … posted the top steeplechase time on the 2020 Mocs with the fifth fastest time in program history at 9:45.81 … earned the fourth fastest 5000m time on the team at 15:00.55 which occurred at the Tampa Track Classic #2 … had the seventh fastest 1000m time of the season at 2:48.67 at the Embry-Riddle Indoor-Outdoor Challenge … ran the eighth fastest 3000m time of the year at the Indoor-Outdoor Challenge clocking in at 9:09.41.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE (2019)
Competed in eight meets for the Mocs … earned eight top-10 finishes … picked up first two individual victories of his career in the 3000m steeplechase at the Embry-Riddle First Chance Last Chance as well as the UNF Spring Break Invitational … earned podium finishes in the 4x100m and 4x400m relays at the South Florida Collegiate Invitational with a second place finish in the 100m and third in the 400m … finished with the top-four 3000m steeplechase times for the team on the year … broke his own school record at the UNF Spring Break Invitational with a time of 9:40.00 … lowered his school record by just over two seconds at the Florida Relays one week later with a time of 9:37.98 … also ran the second fastest steeplechase time in program history at the Bison Outdoor Classic with a mark of 9:39.59 … posted the third fastest 800m time of the season at 2:06.23 at the First Chance Last Chance Meet … ran the third fastest 1000m time of the season at 2:45.64 at the Embry-Riddle Indoor-Outdoor Challenge … turned in the third fastest 3000m time of the season at the Indoor-Outdoor Challenge in 9:15.28 … finished with the fifth and eighth best 5000m times of the season with a low of 15:16.40 at the Tampa Track Classic … had the eighth fastest 1500m time of the season at 4:17.37 which occurred at the South Florida Collegiate … part of the top 4x400m relay team which posted the fifth fastest time in program history of 3:44.65 at the South Florida Collegiate.
 
AS A FRESHMAN (2018)
Competed in six meets for the Mocs … earned four top-10 finishes … earned first collegiate track victory as part of the Distance Medley Relay at the Embry-Riddle First Chance Last Chance Meet with a time of 10:51.46 … top individual finish was fourth in the 3000m steeplechase at both the Spikes Classic and the UNF Invitational … set the school record in the steeplechase at the UNF Invitational with a time of 9:43.71 … part of the second fastest DMR in program history at 10:51.46 … ran the seventh and ninth best times in the 3000m in 2018 for the Mocs with a best of 9:14.79 … posted the 10^th best 5000m time of the season at 15:40.75.
