CAREER RESULTS

AS A SENIOR (2022)
Competed in nine meets for the Mocs … earned 10 top-10 finishes … took home eighth win of career at the Sunshine State Meet in the 1500m … earned four other podium finishes … took second in the 1500m at the Tampa Track Classic, took third in the 5000m at the Tampa Distance Classic, placed third in the 5K at the Lee Invitational and third in the 1500m at the Spikes Classic … earned six of the top-10 best times in the 1500m in 2022 including the top five times … best performance came at the Lee Last Chance Meet with the second fastest time in program history at 3:49.03 … had the second best 3000m time of the year at 8:34.15, seventh best in the FSC Record Book … turned in four of the top-seven 5000m times including the second fastest time of the season at the Flames Invitational in 14:24.98 … the time broke the previous school record but ranks second all-time behind teammate Mason Jones who lowered the record one month prior … had the seventh and eighth best 800m times on the season with a best of 1:58.35 at the Sunshine State Meet.
 
AS A REDSHIRT JUNIOR (2021)
CoSIDA Academic All-District ... competed in five meets for the Mocs … earned seven top-10 finishes … posted sixth and seventh wins of career … won both the 1500m and 3000m at the Embry-Riddle First Chance Last Chance Meet … earned three other podium finishes … took second in the 1500m at the Spikes Classic while placing third at the Tampa Tri-Meet in the 5000m and the Tampa Invitational in the 1500m … picked up second school record of career with a time of 8:28.19 in the 3000m, less than half a second faster than the previous record … had the second, fourth and sixth best 1500m times this season with the best coming at the Tampa Invitational at 3:54.77, just outside the top-10 all-time times … posted the second and fourth best 5000m times with best of 14:32.27 coming at the UNF Invitational ranking third fastest in program history.
 
AS A JUNIOR (2020)
Competed in three meets for the Mocs during the CoVID-19 shortened season … earned six top-10 finishes … never finished below 10th the entire season … earned third, fourth and fifth victories of career … took first in both the 1000m and 3000m at the Embry-Riddle Indoor-Outdoor Challenge … won the 1500m at the Tampa Track Classic #1 … also finished fifth in the 4x400m and 10th in the 3000m at the Tampa Track Classic #1 while placing fourth in the 5000m at the Tampa Track Classic #2 … earned a school record in the 5000m the Tampa Track Classic #2 at 14:35.51, lowering the previous mark by over two seconds … had the top 1000m time of the season at the Indoor-Outdoor Challenge at 2:38.84, the sixth fastest time in program history … had the top 1500m time of the year at the Tampa Track Classic #1 at 4:06.21 … earned two of the top four times in the 3000m with the low coming at the Indoor-Outdoor Challenge in 8:42.79, the fifth best time in program history.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE (2019)
Competed in nine meets for the Mocs … earned 10 top-10 finishes … picked up first two individual victories of his career … won the 1000m at the Embry-Riddle Indoor-Outdoor Challenge and the 1500m at the Embry-Riddle First Chance Last Chance Meet … picked up a second place finish in the 3000m at the Indoor-Outdoor Challenge … earned two relay podium finishes at the South Florida Collegiate Invitational including second in the 4x100m and third in the 4x400m … set the school record in the 1000m at the Indoor-Outdoor Challenge with a time of 2:34.62, lowering the previous record by just under a second … posted four of the top five 1500m times including the top three … best 1500m performance came at the Black and Gold Challenge with a time of 3:55.85 … turned in the top-three 5000m times of the season with a low of 14:55.99 which occurred at the Bison Outdoor Classic … had the top two 800m times of the season with the best coming at the South Florida Collegiate with a time of 1:56.77 … earned the top 3000m time of the season at the Indoor-Outdoor Challenge at 8:48.60 … part of the top 4x400m relay team which turned in the fifth fastest time in program history at 3:44.65 at the South Florida Collegiate.
 
AS A FRESHMAN (2018)
Competed in eight meets for the Mocs … earned seven top-10 finishes … earned first collegiate track victory as part of the Distance Medley Relay at the Embry-Riddle First Chance Last Chance Meet with a time of 10:51.46 … top individual finish was third in the 3000m at both the Embry-Riddle Indoor-Outdoor Challenge … took fourth in the 3000m at the First Chance Last Chance Meet and in the 1500m at the Spikes Classic … posted the second best 800m time for the Mocs in 2018 with a time of 1:56.13 at the UNF Invitational, the ninth best time in program history … had the second best 3000m steeplechase mark of the season at 10:00.94 which occurred at the Black and Gold Challenge … earned the fourth fastest time of the season in the 1500m at the Spikes Classic with a time of 3:59.44 … had the third and fourth best 3000m times of the season including a 8:49.39 at the Indoor-Outdoor Challenge … had three of the top-10 times in the 5000m with his best ranking sixth at 15:17.67 at the Bison Outdoor Classic … DMR time of 10:51.46 ranks second all-time at FSC.

HIGH SCHOOL
2017 graduate of Lely High School in Naples, Fla. ... ran cross country and track and played football and soccer ... named All-State in cross country and All-Area in track & field and football .. played 8th in the 800 and 7th in the 4x800 at State Finals ... finished as runner-up in 800 and 4x800 at both district and regionals ... graduated cum laude.
