Competed in seven of Florida Southern’s eight races on the season … posted the sixth-best 10K time on the squad coming at the NCAA Championship after finishing 212^th in 32:24.1 … claimed the seventh-fastest 8K with a 38^th-place finish at the UAH Chargers XC Invitational in 25:03.50 … captured best individual finish at the FSC Mocs XC Kick-off, finishing third overall … picked up an eighth-place finish at the SSC Championship in 25:19.6 on the 8K course … placed 30^th overall at the NCAA South Region Championship.

AS A SENIOR (2022)
Participated in six races for the Moccasins including both the SSC Championship and NCAA South Region Championship … ran the fourth-fastest 10K time in program history and top overall 10K at an NCAA Region Championship in program history at 31:45.4 … earned the sixth and ninth fastest 8K times on the season for the Mocs … ran a season-best 25:20.9 at the Royals Cross Country Challenge while posting a time of 25:24.1 at the Charger Invitational … top individual finish came at the Abbey Invitational, finishing eighth overall … took 16^th at the SSC Championship and 19^th at the NCAA South Region Championship.

AS A JUNIOR (2021)
Participated in five races for the Mocs … posted top 8K time of the season at the UAH Invitational in 25:43.1 … took 19^th overall at the Sunshine State Conference Championships … competed at the 2021 NCAA Division II South Region Championship and took 39^th overall … top individual finish came at the VSU Border Clash with a ninth place finish.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE (2020-21)

AS A FRESHMAN (2019)
Competed in five races… finished 98^th at the UF Mountain Dew Invite (Sept. 14) with a time of 28:03.9… finished 87^th at the Roy Griak Invitational (Sept. 28) with a time of 27:59.0… finished 186^th at the Royals Cross Country Challenge (Oct. 11) with a time of 26:43.6… finished 27^th at the SSC Championship (Oct. 26) with a time of 27:33.8… finished 85^th at the NCAA South Regional Championship (Nov. 9) with a time of 35:23.5.

HIGH SCHOOL
2019 graduate of Keystone Heights High School … was a first-team all-county selection in cross country ... seventh place finisher at State track meet in the 800m and 1600m … three-time District Champion in 800m and 1600m in 2017-19 … Regional Champion in the 1600m in 2019 … also earned all-county accolades in track in the 800 and 1,600-meter events … earned AA degree … graduated with High Honor and in Top 10 of the class.
