Competed in all five of Florida Southern’s races on the season … top individual finish came at the Holloway Collegiate XC Opener with a 17^th-place showing … HCXCO was the lone 6K of the year, posted time of 19:37 … earned top 8K time of the year at the Sunshine State Conference Championship, taking 19^th in 25:56.7 … lone 10K race of the year, NCAA South Region Championship, placed 42^nd in 32:46.17, eighth best on the team in 2024.

AS A JUNIOR (2023)
Competed in five of Florida Southern’s eight races on the season … top individual finish came at the SSC Preview Meet with a 14^th-place showing … ran lone 6K of the year at the FSC Mocs XC Kick-off while crossing the line in 20:13.83 … earned top 8K time of the year at the FSU Invite with a mark of 26:33.8 while taking 104^th … placed 48^th overall at the SSC Championship.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2022)
Participated in four races for the Moccasins including the SSC Championship … posted top 8K time of the year at the EFSC Fall Classic with a mark of 27:56.7 … earned top individual finish at the EFSC Fall Classic as well after crossing the line in 34^th … took 59^th overall at the SSC Championship.

AS A FRESHMAN (2021)
Participated in two races for the Mocs … posted top 8K time of the year at the FSU XC Open with a mark of 29:09.1 which earned 212^th overall … top individual finish came at the VSU Border Clash with a 48^th place showing.  

HIGH SCHOOL
2021 graduate of Allen D. Nease High School in Ponte Vedra, Florida … ran cross country and track … team captain in 2019 and 2020 … personal best times: 5k (16:50), 3200m (10:09), 1600m (4:43).
