Simpson returned to his alma mater as a Volunteer Assistant and Alumni Outreach Coordinator for Florida Southern College cross country in the fall of 2026.
A 2024 graduate of Florida Southern, Simpson was a member of the cross country and track programs from 2022-24. In cross country, Simpson helped the Mocs to its first of three straight SSC Championships in 2023, later becoming an SSC Honor Roll and D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award winner. While a student-athlete, Simpson was a worker for the FSC Athletics Department helping produce broadcasts and run general operations of NCAA events.
After completing his time with Florida Southern, Simpson went into the marketing and sales field helping companies build and manage relationships with partners and donors.
