Competed in six races as a junior … opened the season by placing sixth in the 8K (26:02.9) at the HOKA Nights of Thunder XC Fest (9/13) … ran the 8K in 24:53.0 at the Lewis Crossover (10/11) … placed sixth in the 8K (24:57.7) at the Sunshine State Conference Championship (10/25) … logged a 14th-place finish in the 10K (32:27.6) at the NCAA South Region Championship (11/8) … competed in the 10K (32:08.5) at the NCAA Championship (11/22).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2024)
Competed in all five of Florida Southern’s races on the season … top individual finish came at the Sunshine State Conference Championship with a fifth-place finish in 25:22.8 on the 8K course … top 8K time came at the UAH Charger Invitational in 25:02.2 while taking 61^st … top 8K time was seventh-best on the FSC squad in 2024 … posted lone 10K time at the NCAA South Region Championship, taking 21^st in 32:00.88 … top 10K time ranked fourth on the squad in 2024.

AS A FRESHMAN (2023)
Competed in four of Florida Southern’s eight races on the season … top individual finish came at the FSC Mocs XC Kick-off with a 21^st-place showing … ran lone 6K event at the Kick-off while turning in a time of 19:40.84 … top 8K time came at the FSU Invite at 26:09.8, good for 75^th overall … took 34^th overall at the SSC Championship.

HIGH SCHOOL
Prepped at Lakewood High School in St. Petersburg, Fla. … member of the cross country and track teams at LHS … 800m Region Champion … 800m and 1,600m Conference Champion … named MVP of both the cross country and track programs as a senior … selected as MVP of the cross country team as a junior as well … holds the program records for the 1,600m, 3,200m and 5,000m … posted personal bests of 1:58 in the 800m, 4:23 in the 1,600m, 9:54 in the 3,200m and 16:31 in the 5K … graduated from the Center for Advanced Technologies (CAT) program at LHS with distinction.
