Competed in three meets as a junior … placed fifth in the 8K (26:01.5) at HOKA Nights of Thunder XC Fest (9/13), as the team finished first of nine teams … finished 55th in the 8K (25:53.3) at the Lucian Rosa Invite (9/27), as the team placed seventh of 24 teams … recorded a 43rd-place finish in the 8K (24:48.6) at the Lewis Crossover (10/11), as the team took sixth of 37 teams.

PRIOR TO FLORIDA SOUTHERN
Spent three years at Florida State University … finished 13th with a PR in the 5k with a time of 15:35.0 at the UCF XC Opener as a sophomore ... posted a PR in the 8k with a time of 24:47.5 at the ACC Cross Country Championships ... earned a 13th place finish and PR in the 8k with a time of 25:04.1 at the FSU XC Invitational … in track, ran a personal best in the 5,000m at the Terry Long FSU Relays with a time of 15:35.97 … took third in the 3,000m at the Florida Relays with a personal best of 8:59.32 … as a freshman, finished 13th in the 5k (15:35.0) at the UCF XC Opener … in track, finished 15th in the 5,000m (15:42.04) at the East Coast Relays … earned All-ACC Academic Honors this past season … took home AAC Academic Honors during first two years at FSU.

HIGH SCHOOL
Prepped at Viera High School in Melbourne, Fla. … had the top time in Florida High School history in the 5000m run with a time of 14:41.45 at the Garmin RunningLane Cross Country Championships … was one of 40 athletes to qualify for the Eastbay Cross Country Championships … finished second in the FHSAA Cross Country State Championships at Apalachee Regional Park and helped Viera High School to their first cross country championship in school history.
