Tyler Granelli

Tyler Granelli joined the Florida Southern men's lacrosse staff prior to the 2015-16 school year after spending two years as a graduate assistant coach at his alma mater, Salisbury University.

At Salisbury, he assisted in all aspects of running the program, including recruiting, scheduling and film breakdown. During Granelli's two seasons as a graduate assistant at Salisbury, the Seagulls went 40-6 and won the 2016 NCAA Division III National Championship.

In three years as a player at Salisbury, Granelli helped the Seagulls to an overall record of 61-6, winning a pair of national championships in 2011 and 2012. He started 63 games in his career, and earned all-America honors as a sophomore, junior and senior, while being named as the 2012 "Face-Off Specialist of the Year" by United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) after winning 242-of-365 (.663) faceoff attempts.

He ended his career with 424 ground balls and was a three-time all-Capital Athletic Conference selection.

In addition to his time as a coach and player at Salisbury, Granelli spent a year as an assistant coach at Randolph-Macon College. He also has experience as a club coach in Maryland, New York and Virginia.

He earned his bachelor's degree from Salisbury in 2013, and completed his masters of education at Salisbury in 2016.
