Competed in three of the Moccasins’ seven indoor meets … saw action in the 800m, mile, 3,000m, and 5,000m … top individual finish was fourth in the 5,000m at the RADD Sports College Invitational … had one other top-10 finish … ran the sixth-fastest 800m time on the squad in 2025 … turned in the eighth and 10^th-fastest mile times on the team … had the ninth and 10^th-best 3,000m times … posted the fifth-best 5,000m time … top season times included 1:57.09 (800m), 4:13.08 (Mile), 8:35.35 (3,000m), and 14:48.27 (5,000m).
 
OUTDOOR
Competed in eight of the Moccasins’ 11 outdoor meets … competed in the 1,500m, 5,000m, and 10,000m … top individual finish was second in the 1,500m at the ERAU Running Elements Classic … secured a total of four top-10 finishes including two top-five … secured the fifth and seventh-best 1,500m times on the team … had the eighth-fastest 5,000m time … secured the ninth-best 10,000m performance for the Mocs … top season times included 3:52.03 (1,500m), 14:49.74 (5,000m), and 31:32.97 (10,000m).

AS A JUNIOR (2024)
INDOOR
Competed in three of the Moccasins’ five indoor meets … saw action in the mile, 3,000m, and 5,000m … top individual finish came in the 5,000m as he finished third at the RADD Sports College Invitational … turned in the fifth-best mile time on the squad in 2024 … posted the eighth-best 5,000m time on the team … top season times included 4:22.54 (mile), 8:52.22 (3,000m) and 15:12.09 (5,000m).
 
OUTDOOR
Competed in five of the Moccasins’ nine outdoor meets … saw action in the 1,500m, 5,000m, and 10,000m … top individual finish was sixth at the Tampa Spartans Classic in the 1,500m … top season times included 4:00.71 (1,500m), 15:19.15 (5,000m), and 33:50.46 (10,000m).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2023)
INDOOR
Saw action in two indoor meets for the Moccasins … competed in both the 800m and 5,000m … top individual finish was 10^th, which occurred twice… earned a pair of top-10 individual finishes … ran the ninth-fastest 5,000m time on the team at 15:48.43 … ran a season-best time of 2:01.20 in the 800m.
 
OUTDOOR
Saw action in three meets for the Moccasins … competed in the 800m, 1,500m and 5,000m … top individual finish was 26^th at the Embry-Riddle Spikes Classic in the 1,500m … turned in season lows of 2:04.98 in the 800m, 4:08.42 in the 1,500m and 16:14.16 in the 5,000m.

AS A FRESHMAN (2022)
Competed in five meets for the Mocs … earned one top-10 finish … best finish came as part of the 4x400m relay team at the Sunshine State Meet with a second place finish … top individual finish was 19^th overall in the 1500m at the Sunshine State Meet … helped break the school record in the 4x400m relay at the Sunshine State Meet with a time of 3:26.42 … earned PRs in 1500m (4:14.84), 3000m (9:14.95) and 5000m (16:14.45).

HIGH SCHOOL
2021 graduate of Allen D. Nease High School in Ponte Vedra, Florida … ran cross country and track … team captain in 2019 and 2020 … personal best times: 5k (16:50), 3200m (10:09), 1600m (4:43).
