AS A JUNIOR (2022)
Competed in five meets for the Mocs … earned two top-10 finishes … picked up second win of career at the UCF Knights Invite with a victory in the 3000m … also finished fourth in the 1500m at the Sunshine State Meet … earned PRs in the 400m (54.14), 800m (1:57.02) and 1500m (4:00.49) … had the top 400m time of the season at the Sunshine State Meet … earned the sixth best 800m time of the season at the UNF Invitational … posted the seventh fastest 3000m time of the year at the Knights Invite with a time of 9:00.28 … turned in the sixth and seventh best steeplechase times with the top time coming at the Flames Invitational in 9:54.91.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE (2021)
Competed in six meets for the Mocs … earned six top-10 finishes … never finished below 11^th the entire season … earned first career victory at the Embry-Riddle Invite with a win in the 3000m steeplechase … finished second in the steeplechase at the Spikes Classic as well … earned a trio of sixth place finishes including in the steeplechase, 5000m and 4x400m relay … had the second best 1000m performance of the season with a time of 2:39.12 at the Embry-Riddle First Chance Last Chance Meet which ranked as the eighth fastest all-time … earned the third best 3000m time on the year which occurred at the First Chance Last Chance Meet in 8:46.77 … turned in three of the top five steeplechase times on the year with two of the three ranking as the fourth and fifth best times in program history … turned in a time of 9:39.30 at the Embry-Riddle Invite and a mark of 9:39.46 at the UNF Invitational … posted the top 10000m time of the season at the Spikes Classic with a time of 33:03.53 which ranks ninth all-time … also earned the 10^th best 5000m time of the year at the Tampa Tri-Meet in 15:26.91.
 
AS A FRESHMAN (2020)
Competed in four meets for the Mocs during the CoVID-19 shortened season … earned four top-10 finishes … best individual finish came at Embry-Riddle First Chance Last Chance Meet with a fourth place finish in the 3000m steeplechase … took second as part of  the 4x800m relay team at the Embry-Riddle Indoor-Outdoor Challenge and fourth as part of the 4x400m relay at the Tampa Track Classic #1 … also earned an individual ninth place finish in the 3000m at the Tampa Track Classic #1 … earned the third best 3000m time of the season at the Classic #1 with a time of 8:51.12 … had the third best 3000m steeplechase time as well which occurred at the First Chance Last Chance Meet in 10:10.29 … turned in the fifth best 5000m time of the season at the Tampa Track Classic #2 after crossing the line in 15:10.51 … as part of the 4x800m relay team, turned in the second fastest time in program history of 8:10.40.

HIGH SCHOOL
2019 graduate of George Jenkins High School in Lakeland, Fla. … was a three-time cross country MVP ... named Comeback Runner of the Year in 2017 ... three-time state championship qualifier ... finished eighth at the 4A state finals in 2018 ... also qualified for states in track three times.
