Competed in two of the Moccasins’ five indoor meets … saw action in the 3,000m and 5,000m … top individual finish was ninth in the 5,000m at the Florida Collegiate Invitational … turned in the ninth-best 3,000m time on the squad … posted the fifth-best 5,000m time on the team which also ranked as the seventh-best time in program history at 15:02.57 … season-best times included 8:51.30 (3,000m) and 15:02.57 (5,000m).
 
OUTDOOR
Competed in six of the Moccasins’ nine outdoor meets … saw action in the 800m, 1,500m, 5,000m, and 10,000m … top individual finish was second in the 800m at the Tampa Spartans Open … turned in the eighth-best 800m time on the squad … came away with the ninth-best 1,5000m time on the team … earned the fifth and ninth-best 5,000m times in 2024 … posted the seventh-fastest 10,000m time … top season times included 1:56.30 (800m), 3:57.17 (1,500m), 14:49.50 (5,000m) and 31:57.65 (10,000m).

AS A JUNIOR (2023)
INDOOR
Saw action in all four indoor meets for the Moccasins … competed in the 800m, mile, 3,000m and 5,000m … top individual finish was second at the Celebration Pointe Indoor Classic in the 5,000m … earned four top-10 finishes … posted the fourth and fifth-fastest 800m times on the year for FSC including a low of 1:56.99 … ran the sixth-best mile time on the year at 4:21.63 … earned the fourth and ninth-fastest 3,000m time with a low of 8:47.16 … turned in the second-best 5,000m time on the year at 14:53.70.
 
OUTDOOR
Saw action in five meets for the Moccasins … competed in the 800m, 1,500m and 5,000m … top individual finish was sixth at the Embry-Riddle Spikes Classic in the 1,500m … earned the seventh-fastest 800m time on the team in 2023 at 1:59.35 … had the eighth and ninth-fastest 1,500m times on the team with a best of 3:57.27 … turned in the fifth, eighth and 10^th-best 5,000m times with a low of 14:58.60.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2022)
Competed in eight meets for the Mocs … earned two top-10 finishes … placed fifth in the 1500m at the Sunshine State Meet and also was part of the second place 4x400m relay team at the same event … posted PRs in the 1500m and 10000m … posted the fourth best 3000m time of the year at the Tampa Track Classic with a mark of 8:51.27 … turned in the fifth best 10000m time of the season at 31:23.38, seventh best in program history, at the Flames Invitational … had the ninth best 800m time on the season at 1:58.64 at the Knights Invitational.
 
AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2021)
Competed in three meets for the Mocs … earned four top-10 finishes … best finish came at the Embry-Riddle Invite with a fifth place showing in the 1500m … also placed sixth in the 800m at the Embry-Riddle Invite … had top 800m time of the season for the Mocs at 1:58.23 … earned the seventh fastest time in the 1500m at FSC with a 4:05.48 at the Embry-Riddle Invite.
 
AS A FRESHMAN (2020)
Competed in three meets for the Mocs during the CoVID-19 shortened season … earned four top-10 finishes … never finished below eighth the entire season … best individual finish came at Embry-Riddle Indoor-Outdoor Challenge with a fourth place finish in the 3000m … took fourth in the 3000m at the Tampa Track Classic #1 as well … had the top and seventh best 3000m times on the year … posted top time of 8:42.22, fourth best in program history, at the Tampa Track Classic #1 … had the second best 5000m time of the season at the Tampa Track Classic #2 after crossing the line in 14:45.72, the fifth best time in program history.

HIGH SCHOOL
Was a team captain and MVP at Lakeland Christian... also competed in track.
