INDOOR
Competed in four of the Moccasins’ seven indoor meets … saw action in the mile, 3,000m, and 5,000m … top individual finish was seventh in the 5,000m at the GVSU Holiday Open … ran the fifth-fastest 3,000m for the Mocs in 2025, which ranks sixth in the FSC Record Book … ran the top-three fastest 5,000m times on the team in 2025 … set the school record in the 5,000m at the GVSU Holiday Open at 14:11.29 … two other top times in the 5,000m rank second and third in the record book … top season times included 4:23.62 (mile), 8:26.84 (3,000m) and 14:11.29 (5,000m).
 
OUTDOOR
Competed in four of the Moccasins’ 11 outdoor meets … competed in the 5,000m and 10,000m … top individual finish was first-place which occurred three times … won the 5,000m at the inaugural Sunshine State Conference Championships … took home wins in the 10,000m at the SSC Championships and the Franson Last Chance meet … raced five times during outdoor season and finished in the top-10 four times … posted the first and fourth-fastest 5,000m times on the team … turned in the top-three 10,000m performances … top season times included 14:26.18 (5,000m), and 29:31.33 (10,000m).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2024)
INDOOR
Competed in three of the Moccasins’ five indoor meets … saw action in the 3,000m and 5,000m … top individual finish was third at the Florida Collegiate Invitational in the 5,000m … ran the fourth-best 3,000m time on the squad in 2024 which also ranks as fourth-best all-time at 8:31.75 … posted the top two 5,000m times on the year including setting a new program record at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational at 14:33.45.
 
OUTDOOR
Competed in six of the Moccasins’ nine outdoor meets … saw action in the 800m, 1,500m, 5,000m, and 10,000m … top individual finish was second at the Tampa Spartans Classic … earned five top-10 finishes including three top-five showings … ran the top-three 5,000m times on the team in 2024 … earned the fourth-best 5,000m time in program history at the East Coast Relays in 14:27.80 … turned in the top 10,000m time on the team in 2024 … 10K time was good for an NCAA Qualifying Standard and also ranked as the third-best 10K time in program history at 29:53.59 … top season times included 2:03.23 (800m), 4:04.25 (1,500m), 14:27.80 (5,000m), and 29:53.59 (10,000m).

AS A FRESHMAN (2023)
INDOOR
Competed in two indoor meets for the Moccasins … saw action in both the mile and 3,000m … top individual finish was fifth in the 3,000m at the Collegiate Last Chance Qualifier … earned a pair of top-10 finishes … posted the second and fifth-fastest 3,000m times on the team … season-best times of 4:34.41 in the mile and 8:38.60 in the 3,000m.
 
OUTDOOR
Saw action in six meets for the Moccasins … competed in the 1,500m, 5,000m and 10,000m … top individual finish was fifth at the River City Relays in the 10,000m … ran the fourth and ninth-best 5,000m times this season with a season-best of 14:57.52 … posted the top-two 10,000m times for the Mocs with a season-best of 30:40.24 … set a new FSC Men’s Track Freshman Record in the 10,000m, surpassing the previous record by 19 seconds … 10K time also ranked as fifth-best in program history.

HIGH SCHOOL
Prepped at both Seffner Christian Academy and Bloomingdale High School … spent freshman and sophomore years at BHS before transferring to SCA … member of both the cross country and track teams … named MVP of the Cross Country Team as a sophomore and a senior … named Male Athlete of the Year at SCA as a senior … helped lead SCA to the Division A Cross Country State Championship as a junior … champion of the FACA Senior All-Star Classic in 2021 … finished in third at the Division A State Championship meet as a senior.
