INDOOR
Competed in one of the Moccasins’ five indoor meets … saw action in the 600m … lone competition was the Celebration Pointe Classic with a 26^th-place finish at 1:35.64.
 
OUTDOOR
Competed in three of the Moccasins’ nine outdoor meets … saw action in the 200m, 800m, and 1,500m … top individual finish was 17^th at the Tampa Spartans Open in the 800m … top season times included 27.47 (200m), 2:10.30 (800m), and 4:35.95 (1,500m).

AS A JUNIOR (2023)
INDOOR
Competed in one meet for the Moccasins … saw action in the 800m at the Collegiate Last Chance Qualifier … posted a time of 2:15.22.
 
OUTDOOR
Saw action in four meets for the Moccasins … competed in the 800m, 1,500m and 5,000m … top individual finish was 24^th at the Tampa Track Classic in the 800m … posted season-bests of 2:10.91 in the 800m, 4:42.13 in the 1,500m and 17:32.08 in the 5,000m.

HIGH SCHOOL
Prepped at Shelter Island High School … competed in cross country, track, basketball and baseball … named the outdoor track MVP … three-time All-League selection in cross country … two-time All-Division selection in XC … advanced to the State Championship in cross country four times … four-time top-10 finisher in Suffolk County Class D Championship … six-time New York State Public High School Athletic Association Scholar-Athlete Award honoree … President’s Award for Educational Excellence award recipient … New York State Comptroller Award winner.
