Florida Southern College

Alicia Rossow is the Director of Wellness at Florida Southern College, where she leads initiatives that support student well-being and fosters a holistic, healthy campus environment. She earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Central Michigan University and went on to complete a master’s degree in Sport and Recreation Management from Indiana State University. One of her proudest professional achievements is becoming Director of Wellness at FSC in 2017, a role that allows her to make a meaningful impact on the campus community every day. A fun fact about Alicia: she once appeared on a Nickelodeon game show at age 13.
