Florida Southern College

Chelsea Westover-Laferriere is a Florida Southern College alumna who earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science in 2010. A multi-sport athlete in high school, competing in basketball, tennis and track, Chelsea currently serves as a Sales Coach and Manager with Southern Homes of Polk County. She has established herself as a forward-thinking leader in the homebuilding industry and was recognized by new home sales trainer Ryan Taft of Impact Eighty Eight as one of the top three innovators in new homebuilding for the implementation of artificial intelligence. Chelsea brings an energetic and creative approach to her work and proudly embraces the unique perspective and personality she brings to both leadership and innovation.
