Biography
Courtney Makris is a Florida Southern College alumna who earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications in 2011. A multi-sport athlete with experience in basketball, tennis, cheerleading and competitive equestrian, Courtney currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Team One Insurance Claims. She is especially proud of advancing into the C-suite before the age of 40 in the traditionally male-dominated insurance industry, a milestone that reflects her leadership and professional drive. Courtney’s competitive spirit and work ethic were shaped from an early age—she was born and raised on a horse and cattle farm in the mountains of Virginia.
