Debbie Hendricks holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Lubbock Christian University and Texas Tech and brings decades of experience in collegiate athletics as both a coach and analyst. Her career includes coaching stops at Wayland Baptist (1991–93), West Texas A&M (1993–98), and Metro State (2000–15), highlighted by winning the 1997 NCAA Division II Volleyball National Championship with West Texas A&M. Today, Debbie serves part-time as a color analyst for ESPN and Florida Southern College, covering regular-season play as well as Division II and III National Championship tournaments. Having lived in 22 different homes and attended nine schools across 10 cities before graduating high school, she credits her highly mobile upbringing with shaping her flexibility, courage, and ability to adapt—qualities that have defined her professional journey.
