Dr. Lauren Albaum is Vice President of Student Affairs at Florida Southern College, where she provides visionary leadership for student success and engagement across areas including counseling and wellness, student activities, residential life, and academic engagement. Known for bold, innovative leadership and a commitment to excellence, she brings broad experience in student affairs, academic success, enrollment management, alumni development, athletic support, and career services. Previously, as Executive Director of Career Services, her initiatives helped Florida Southern earn Princeton Review Top 25 Best Career Services recognition each year since 2022. A frequent regional and national presenter, she has held leadership roles in professional and community organizations and has received multiple honors, and she holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Higher Education Administration.
