Jamie Doran, a Florida Southern College graduate with a Bachelor’s in Business (2000), is the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at TKC Holdings. She takes pride in helping others grow—mentoring colleagues toward career goals, fostering skill development, and creating new opportunities—while also contributing to programs that support newly released inmates in rebuilding their lives. Jamie finds deep fulfillment in work that creates impact beyond the individual, blending professional growth with community service. Outside of her career, she is an accomplished powerlifter, famously deadlifting 350 lbs—triple her body weight of 114 lbs—to win a tournament that had not seen a female champion in over 40 years.
