Biography

Kristen Beacham is an Accounts Payable Team Lead at Lockheed Martin Corporation, where she applies her strong leadership and analytical skills to guide and support her team. She earned her master’s degree in Business Administration from Florida Southern College in 2020. Kristen is especially proud of the trust she has earned from leadership through years of dedication, allowing her to lead her own team and help others achieve their goals while performing with excellence. Outside of work, she enjoys life with her two dogs.
