Florida Southern College

Kristin Howard is a Western Kentucky University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and brings a lifelong passion for health and fitness to her work. She currently balances roles as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer, and stay-at-home mom, working independently and part-time with Florida Southern College. At just 22 years old, Kristin served as the exercise coordinator at a new gym, where she managed all group exercise instructors and personal trainers—an early testament to her leadership in the fitness industry. Adding to her love of sport, she attended the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing as a spectator, an experience that further fueled her enthusiasm for athletic excellence.
