Biography
Sarah Betzer earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Southeastern University, completing her MBA in 2015. A former cheerleader, track athlete and tennis player, Sarah currently serves as First Vice President and Human Resources Director at Bank of Central Florida. Throughout her career, she is most proud of creating impactful workplace policies, developing a wellness program and implementing initiatives that have improved employee engagement. Sarah’s ability to connect with others was shaped in part by a unique experience after high school, when she served as a roadie for a faith-based internship, traveling across the country on a bus with 38 other interns to help produce youth conferences each weekend.
