Florida Southern College

Tia Martin serves as the First Lady of Florida Southern College and a substitute teacher at the Roberts Academy, where she brings warmth, energy, and a deep passion for student success. She holds a master’s degree in Elementary Education from Gordon College and has built a career centered on supporting learners of all backgrounds. Tia is especially proud of the moments when her multilingual students exited the ESL program—milestones that reflected their hard work and the impact of her guidance. Outside the classroom, she loves a good dance party and brings that same joy and enthusiasm into everything she does.
