HIGH SCHOOL
A graduate of All Saints Academy... Competed in women's cross country and track & field, earning honors such as MVP Cross Country, Female Athlete of the Year, and All County First Team... Set a school record in the 4x800 and posted personal bests of 5:41 in the 1600, 12:11 in the 3200, and 20:19 in the 5k.

PERSONAL
From Lakeland, Florida...Comes from a family that includes parents Bill and Kim Cook and sisters Lindsey and Kylie...  Intends to major in nursing and aims to become a nurse anesthetist after graduation... Chose Florida Southern College for its blend of competitive athletics and strong academics... Enjoys playing pickleball, hiking, and spending time at the beach... Looks up to professional athlete Parker Valby.
