Competed in all five races for the Mocs … started the season with a 4.2K at the Holloway Collegiate XC Opener … placed 11^th overall in 15:34.14 … took on a 5K race at the Southern Showcase … took 188^th overall in 19:09.2 … top 6K performance came at the UAH Chargers Invitational in 22:17.7 to take 55^th … placed 21^st at the Sunshine State Conference Championship with a time of 23:29.2 … took 22^nd at the NCAA South Region Championship, crossing the line in 22:46.65.

AS A JUNIOR (2023)
Competed in six of Florida Southern’s eight races on the season … top individual finish came at the Falcon Classic with a sixth-place showing … posted top 5K time of the season at the UAH Chargers XC Invitational in 18:53.5 … top 6K performance came at the NCAA South Region Championship in 22:32.2.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2022)
Competed in five races for the Moccasins including both the SSC Championship and NCAA South Region Championship … ran two of the top-10 6K times for the Mocs this season … posted the sixth-fastest 6K time of the season at the NCAA South Region Championship in 23:24.2 … ran the 10^th-best 6K on the team at the SSC Championship after crossing the line in 25:14.3 … top 5K performance came at the Charger Invitational with a time of 19:26.2 … top individual finish was 14^th overall at the EFSC Fall Classic … took 37^th overall at the SSC Championship and 54^th overall at the NCAA South Region Championship.

AS A FRESHMAN (2021)
Participated in four races for the Mocs … top 5K performance came at the VSU Border Clash with a time of 21:10.7 which earned 30^th overall … top 6K time came at the Sunshine State Conference Championships at 24:41.1 which earned 39^th overall.

HIGH SCHOOL
Prepped at St. Augustine High School … competed in cross country and track … helped team place second at the State Championship.

Daughter of James and Amanda Stam … has a brother, Dean ... enjoys going to the beach when not out running.
