Competed in 11 tournaments during the season … finished with a team-best 75.45 stroke average over 31 rounds … recorded a season-low round of 70 three times, at the Savannah Lakes Invitational, NCAA National Championship Preview, and the Buccaneer Invitational … posted a season-best finish of tied for sixth at the Savannah Lakes Invitational (219, +3) … added another top-10 finish with an eighth-place tie at the NCAA National Championship Preview  … recorded five rounds at or below par … helped the Mocs finish runner up at the Savannah Lakes Invitational and Saint Leo Invitational and helped the team to the NCAA South Regional.

AS A FRESHMAN (2023-24)
Competed in all 11 events as a true freshman … finished with a 76.74 stroke average with one top-10 finish and four top-20 finishes … season-low round of 72 came during the second round of the Buccaneer Invitational … had a season-best finish of sixth place at the Seminole State Warm-Up with a 152 (+12) score [75, 77] … member of the squad that helped the team place third at the Sunshine State Conference Championship

High School
Ava attended Webster Thomas High School before attending the Golf Performance Center (GPC) Academy. Ava boasts an impressive high school sporting resume as a multi-sport athlete playing softball both for the school and travel team where she was named All-American. Ava also participated in Track and Field (shot put and hammer toss) ranked second in NYS in her age group. For Golf Ava placed second in New York State in her junior year, qualifying her for High Schools Nationals in Pinehurst. 

Personal 
Daughter of Shannon and Jeffery La Belle and sister to Aubrey Rose. Listed the Buffalo Bills and Boston Red Sox as her favorite professional teams and Nelly Korda and Jordan Spieth as her favorite golfers. She has coached junior golfers over the past summers and looks to play professionally after her collegiate career.
