Four-time All-American and 2023 graduate of Florida Southern College, Lizzy Lynch joined the coaching staff in the fall of 2024 after an illustrious career in a moccasin uniform.
 
Lynch, a native of Boca Raton, Fla., played for the Moccasins from 2019 to 2023 where she was tabbed a two-time IWLCA All-American (2023 First Team, 2022 Second Team) and a two-time Honorable Mention All-American (2022 and 2023) as well as earning three First Team All-Sunshine State Conference nods.
 
She was selected to the IWLCA First Team All-South Region twice in 2022 and 2023 while she was a second team selection in 2021. Named to the SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll in back-to-back seasons (2022 and 2023), Lynch was also named to the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll in 2023.
 
The five-year standout as an attacker helped guide the Mocs to a 65-16 record over the years with a 21-5 record in league play. She was a part of two regular season SSC Championship teams (2019 and 2021) as well as helping lead the Mocs to the 2022 SSC Tournament title.
 
In her five years on the field, Lynch helped Florida Southern advance to the NCAA tournament in three seasons (2019, 2022, and 2023) where the Mocs finished as quarterfinalists in 2022 and as National Semifinalists in 2023.
 
At the end of her playing career, she posted numerous top-10 marks in an individual single season as well as career numbers with her 33 assists in 2023 ranking 10^th in a single season and her 29 caused turnovers in 2023 ranking ninth in a single season. Lynch would conclude her career with 75 caused turnovers ranking inside the top-10 in program history. She also ranks in the top-10 in goals scored (118), assists (88), and career points (206).
 
She capped her career off being selected to compete at the 2023 IWLCA Senior All-Star game alongside teammates Hailey Daleo and Gina Verrone.
