Graduated from Northwest Rankin High School...swam and on the cross country team in high school...named Heisman High School Scholarship Winner...Clarion Ledger First and Second Team member, and earned school's Spirit Award, Northwest Rankin High Point Award, and Northwest Rankin Cougar Award...inducted into school Hall of Fame and Distinguished Service Award.
