Competed in three of the Moccasins’ five indoor meets … saw action in the mile, 3,000m, and 5,000m … top individual finish was taking eighth in the 3,000m at the RADD Sports College Invitational … ran the fourth and seventh-fastest 3,000m times on the team … turned in the top 5,000m time on the team which ranked third in the FSC Record Book … top times included 5:24.72 (Mile), 10:25.72 (3,000m), and 17:55.92 (5,000m).
OUTDOOR
Competed in six of the Moccasins’ 10 outdoor meets … competed in the 1,500m, 5,000m, and 10,000m … top individual finish was fifth which occurred twice, in the 5,000m at Tampa Spartans Open and the 10,000m at the Sunshine State Conference Championships … ran the fourth and fifth-best 5,000m times on the season … secured the fourth and sixth-best 10,000m times on the season … top season times included 4:53.26 (1,500m), 17:38.40 (5,000m) and 37:31.64 (10,000m).
AS A SENIOR (2024)

Competed in three of the Moccasins’ five indoor meets … saw action in the mile, 3,000m, and 5,000m … top individual finish was ninth in the 3,000m at the Celebration Pointe Classic … turned in the seventh-best 3,000m time on the squad which also ranked ninth-best all-time at 10:23.97 … posted the third-best 5,000m time on the team which also ranked as the third-best time in program history at 18:07.72 … season-best times included 5:19.72 (mile), 10:23.97 (3,000m), and 18:07.72 (5,000m).
OUTDOOR
Competed in five of the Moccasins’ nine outdoor meets … saw action in the 1,500m, 5,000m, and 10,000m … top individual finish was second in the 5,000m at the ERAU Running Elements Classic … turned in the fourth-best 1,500m time on the squad … came away with the seventh and ninth-best 5,0000m times on the team … earned the fifth-best 5,000m time which also ranked as the eighth-best time all-time at FSC in 37:45.46 … top season times included 4:51.72 (1,500m), 17:56.41 (5,000m), and 37:45.46 (10,000m).
AS A JUNIOR (2023)
INDOOR
Saw action in three indoor meets for the Moccasins … competed in both the mile and 3,000m … top individual finish came in the 3,000m at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational with a fourth-place showing … posted a pair of top-10 finishes during the season … ran the third-fastest mile on the team at 5:24.86 … turned in two of the top-four 3,000m times on the team with a season-best of 10:41.04 which ranked second on the squad.
OUTDOOR
Saw action in six meets for the Moccasins … competed in the 1,500m, 3,000m, 5,000m and 10,000m … top individual finish came at the Tampa Track Classic with a fifth-place finish in the 3,000m … ran the fifth-fastest 1,500m time on the team at 4:51.00 … turned in the top 3,000m performance of the season for the Mocs at 10:21.17 … the 3,000m mark ranks as the second-best all-time at FSC … posted three of the top-10 5,000m marks with a season-best of 17:51.35 ranking fourth overall … earned the top 10,000m mark of the season at 37:27.24 … the 10K mark ranks as the third-fastest in program history.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2022)
Competed in eight meets for the Mocs … best individual finish came at the Tampa Distance Classic with a third place finish in the 5000m with a time of 17:44.38 … had All-Region performance in the 10000m at the Flames Invitational with a time of 36:19.97 … posted the fastest 3000m time in program history at the Tampa Track Classic with a time of 10:18.43 … ran four of the top-five 5000m times this season including a 17:40.88 performance at the UNF Invitational which ranks fifth all-time in the FSC Record Book … All-Region 10000m time of 36:19.97 ranks second all-time in the FSC Record Book … ran the third and fourth best 1500m times for the Mocs in 2022.
AS A FRESHMAN (2021)
Competed in six meets for the Mocs … earned five top-10 finishes including four top-five marks … best individual finish came at the Embry-Riddle Invite with a second place showing in the 1500m with a time of 4:58.98 … ran the sixth and 10th fastest 1500m times on the team in 2021 … best time came at the Tampa Invitational with a mark of 4:55.64 … posted the third best 3000m time for the Mocs during the season, 10:53.22 … had three top-10 times in the 5000m including the third fastest on the team at 18:16.30 at the Spikes Classic … part of the second fastest 4x400m team during the season at the Tampa Invitational with a time of 4:18.74.
