AS A FRESHMAN (2024)
INDOOR
Competed in three of the Moccasins’ five indoor meets … saw action in the mile, 3,000m, and 5,000m … top individual finish was fifth in the 3,000m at the Florida Collegiate Invitational … posted a pair of top-10 finishes … turned in the fourth-best 3,000m time on the squad … top 3,000m time ranked fourth all-time in program history … claimed the fifth-fastest 5,000m time on the team which also ranked fifth-fastest all-time at FSC … season-best times included 5:30.89 (mile), 10:35.58 (3,000m), and 18:18.16 (5,000m).

Competed in six of the Moccasins’ nine outdoor meets … saw action in the 800m, 1,500m, 3,000m, 5,000m, and 10,000m … top individual finish was fourth in the 5,000m at the ERAU Running Elements Classic … turned in the 10^th-best 800m time on the squad in 2024 … posted the third-best 3,000m time on the team … claimed the sixth-fastest 10,000m time on the team … top 10K time ranked ninth all-time at FSC … top season times included 2:36.85 (800m), 5:06.30 (1,500m), 10:52.15 (3,000m), 18:12.97 (5,000m), and 38:16.27 (10,000m).

HIGH SCHOOL
Prepped at Pomperaug High School in Southbury, Conn. … member of the soccer, basketball and track teams at PHS … set the school record for the 5K … recipient of the South West Conference (SWC) Leadership Award … named All-SWC in soccer … two-time All-SWC Honorable Mention in basketball.
