AS A FRESHMAN (2020)
HONORS: SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll… in her first season with the Mocs, she was the only freshman to play in all of the teams' nine games… she led all freshman in goals (six) and points (eight) and was one of two freshmen with a pair of assists… she recorded a free-position goal on three total shots… she picked up three ground balls, won a draw control and caused a turnover… 11 of her 15 total shots were on goal… she recorded a career-high three goals in a 19-7 win over Wingate (March 4) and also recorded an assist for four total points in the victory… she followed that up with a goal and an assist against No. 6 Regis (Colo.) (March 6).
HIGH SCHOOL
A 2019 graduate of Trinity High School in Camp Hill, Penn… she played four years of girl's lacrosse for the Trinity Shamrocks… was a varsity starter all four years… was named the MidPenn player of the year in 2018 and 2019… earned PennLive player of the year honors in 2018… was named 1st team attack all four years (2016-19)… she recorded over 400 points including 371 career goals… as a senior, she recorded 125 goals and 21 assists.
PERSONAL
Daughter of Derek Tare… is the youngest of three children… has an older sister, Ali, and an older brother, Danny… chose Florida Southern because she wanted to go down south and win a national championship… her brother plays lacrosse at Saint Vincent in Pittsburg… played club lacrosse for York Invaders.
